The Venaria Reale is preparing to celebrate 2024 with a program of major exhibitions that promises to be unmissable. Among the main events announced for late March is the major exhibition at the Sale delle Arti Napoli in Turin.
La Venaria Reale invites the Capodimonte Museum (provisional title) to the masterpieces of the Capodimonte art collections. Over sixty wonderful works and astonishing paintings from the majestic Farnese and Bourbon collections that include authentic Masters such as Caravaggio, Titian, Masaccio and Parmigianino to name a few.
The exhibition is made possible thanks to the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Museum and Royal Wood of Capodimonte, thanks to an exceptional and exclusive relationship between these prestigious international cultural institutions. Following this, at the end of April, Glassstress will be held: major contemporary Italian and international artists and designers in dialogue with Murano glass masters along the Royal Palace's tour route, in collaboration with the Berengo Foundation as part of the Venice Art Biennale.

In the Gardens of the Reggia in May the Green Art Festival is scheduled. The forms of nature in the forms of a garden with works by ten international artists capable of appreciating and highlighting the relationship between contemporary art and the magnificence of the garden. At the end of October the exhibition on William Blake is scheduled at the Sale delle Arti, in collaboration with the Tate in London, which will worthily close the trilogy dedicated to the famous English romantic artistic production that began with the exhibitions on Constable and Turner.
Finally, the Consortium is taking the necessary steps to plan the exhibition "Tolkien: Man, Professor, Author" for next fall. In addition to the Reggia's usual cultural program, the most notable institutional events to be hosted throughout the year include the G7 summit on Nature and the Environment, scheduled for April, and the spectacular start of the Giro d'Italia, which will take place from the Reggia on May 4th.
The Venaria Reale will remain open also in February presenting a fun novelty: the Scherzo events scheduled from 10 to 13 February in co-production with the Fondazione Teatro Ragazzi e Giovani of Turin.
