The coordinated service carried out from yesterday evening and throughout the night by the Carabinieri of the Company of Casal di Principe, together with the military personnel of the dependent Stations, aimed mainly at preventing and repressing the commission of predatory crimes and drug dealing, in that municipality and in the surrounding towns, has allowed, through the use of 23 military personnel and 11 vehicles, to proceed with the control of 100 people and 70 vehicles with the simultaneous raising of 20 traffic fines.
During the checks, the Carabinieri reported two people at large, caught driving their respective cars in an evident state of drunkenness.

A Villa Literno, instead, the military of the local station proceeded to arrest in flagrante delicto for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing a 44-year-old Nigerian, already known to the police, caught while he was selling a dose of cocaine and a dose of heroin to a customer, the latter identified and reported to the competent authorities.
The drug was immediately recovered and seized.
The arrested person was held in the security chambers of the force, at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
