The Carabinieri of the station of Casoria they have executed the precautionary measure order of staying at home issued by the Juvenile Court of Napoli – Office of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations against three minors held responsible, in competition, for aggravated robbery.
I three young peopleThe 14 and 15 year olds are in fact considered responsible for three different armed robbery incidents perpetrated in the municipalities of Casoria and Frattamaggiore last October against other minors.
In fact, according to what was crystallized by the investigative activities conducted by the military, the three boys, aboard a scooter (which later turned out to be owned by the grandfather of one of the minors), approached the victims on the public road and, under the threat of a knife, made them hand over their cell phones before fleeing.

This dynamic, in addition to the video surveillance images acquired during the investigations, was also confirmed by the young people themselves who, once they found themselves discovered, confessed to what they had done during questioning in front of the Carabinieri.
The three minors were therefore subjected to the measure of remaining at home, as ordered by the Judicial Authority.
