The Public Prosecutor's Office of Avellino in the person of Dr. Cecilia Annecchino has ordered the utopian investigation on the body of Joseph Tirone, 51 years old cervinara, presumably dead following the alleged assault of Max Passariello, 38 years old from Cervinara, who allegedly doused him with petrol and set him on fire.
Tirone was hospitalized for several days at the burns center at the Cardarelli hospital in Naples, but after several days of agony he unfortunately died.
