From January 26 2024 INPS will make the first credits relating to the Inclusion Allowance applications submitted from 18 December to 7 January and in any case by January 2024, in the presence of a Digital Activation Agreement (PAD) signed within the same month and with a positive outcome of the investigation (as provided for by Circular no. 105/16 December 2023).
Please note that in order to access the benefit it is necessary to submit the ADI application, register with the Social and Work Inclusion Information System (SIISL) and sign the Digital Activation Pact of the family unit.
In case of late subscription of the PAD, the recognition of the benefit will start from the month following the month of subscription of the PAD itself. For this reason, the Institute has planned a communication campaign to solicit applicants for the measure for whom an activation agreement has not been signed.
