Come aveva promesso e anticipato il presidente della Regione Campania, Vincenzo De Luca the minister denounced Raffaele Fitto.
“After the 30 days set out in the previous warning expired, the complaint-denunciation was filed today against Minister Raffaele Fitto in relation to the blocking by the Ministry of Cohesion – for over a year and a half – of the development and cohesion funds (FSC), destined for the South. The complaint was filed in the administrative, accounting and criminal justice system”.
It is stated in a note from the Region Campania. The president of the Campania regional council, Vincenzo De Luca, had announced in the past weeks the sending of the formal notice and confirmed last Friday, during his usual Facebook live broadcast, that he had given the Region's lawyers the mandate to have the complaint filed today at the tar, in the public prosecutor's office and at the public prosecutor's office Court of Auditors.
