After the match, outside the Olimpico stadium, two groups of Roma fans, consisting of around 400 people in total, attempted to force their way through the police cordon and head towards Ponte Milvio, where the parking area reserved for Lazio fans was located.

To prevent clashes between the fans, police conducted several relief charges on Via Cardinal Consalvi, Via del Pinturicchio, and Piazza Mancini. On Via Sacconi, three Roma fans were stopped and reported by the police. The intervention of contingents deployed by the Cabinet Office of the police headquarters prevented the two fan groups from clashing and worsening the situation.

Just after midnight, a group of five Lazio ultras armed with knives, clubs, and sticks, wearing masks, broke into the Clover pub on Viale Angelico. After trashing the venue, they stabbed a 30-year-old Roma supporter in the abdomen several times and slightly injured the owner. The 30-year-old was rushed to the Santo Spirito emergency room, but his life is not in danger. Police and Carabinieri are investigating to locate and identify the five attackers.
