
Also included among the four people arrested by the financial police of the Economic and Financial Police Unit of Naples is Antonio Pignataro, 67 years old, who served a 30-year prison sentence for the murder, which occurred on 29 May 1982, of little Simonetta Lamberti, daughter of the then magistrate Alfonso Lamberti. Salerno in Scalea, in the province of Cosenza, believed to be part of a drug dealing gang.
The precautionary measures also concern Ivano Busiello, 48 years old, Gianluca Lano, 46 years old, and Joisef Slimane, 26 years old.
The criminal group was led by the boss of Torre Annunziata, Domenico Tamarisco, who, along with seven other suspects, has already been subject to a precautionary custody order issued last July 7 by the preliminary investigations judge of Catanzaro (during the renewal, due to territorial jurisdiction, of a similar measure previously issued by the preliminary investigations judge of Salerno).

The group used encrypted telephones for communications and the supply channels were also identified, with supplies also taking place in the provinces of Naples and Salerno, in addition to the use of communication methods through encrypted telephones.
