The 46-year-old violent husband from Ercolano, who had been missing for a month after beating and threatening to kill his wife, was tracked down and arrested in Massa di Somma.
The Carabinieri of Ercolano, this morning, in fact, executed a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Naples Court on 18 December last, against the 46-year-old offender RC, resident in Ercolano, who had already been untraceable since 2 December 2023 after having attacked and threatened his wife.
He was tracked down in Massa di Somma at a private residence, and is accused of domestic abuse and personal injury, to the detriment of his wife GS, 34 years old from Ercolano.
The detailed and timely investigations conducted by the Carabinieri of Herculaneum, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples, IV section of the investigations "Gender violence and protection of the weaker sections of the population" allowed them to acquire serious evidence of guilt against the man who beat the woman daily and on several occasions had insulted, offended and threatened to kill the woman and her adult children from the marriage.
The owner of the house that hosted him was also reported.
The owner of the house, VG, 56 years old, was reported by the Carabinieri of Ercolano for the crime of aiding and abetting.
