The note goes on to state that in recent times incorrect information has been spread, sometimes the result of poor knowledge, erroneous interpretations and, in some cases, exploitation.
Finally, it should be noted that Chiara Ferragni is currently under investigation for aggravated fraud as part of the investigation into the case of "Pink Christmas" pandoro of Balocco, but at the moment she has not been summoned by the deputy prosecutor Eugenio Fusco.
