Yesterday afternoon, the officers of the Vicaria Mercato Police Station, during the territorial control service, while passing through via Carriera Grande Fork they noticed a subject who, at the sight of them, accelerated his pace to evade the control.
The police, after promptly reaching and checking him, ascertained the reason for the attempted escape since the man, a 43-year-old Romanian, was under house arrest for drug-related crimes.
Therefore, the defendant was arrested for the crime of evasion.
