Naples. Yesterday Giovanna Sannino, among the leading actresses of the successful TV series “Sea Outside”, supported the foundation Santobono Pausillipon together with IAV Club (In Arte Vesuvio), bringing a series of sweets for the children guests of the hospital.

Three Neapolitan pastry shops are supporting the initiative, such as “The Carlotteria”, “My Shio” e “Bear Bakery Lab”, who decided to prepare Christmas-themed biscuits, sweets and panettone for the occasion.

Giovanna Sannino said: “Christmas is for children. All of them. This is an initiative that began in September, when in collaboration with Iav Club and the Santobono Pausillipon Foundation I became the face of the children guests of the hospital structure to promote a movement of solidarity, as a testimonial of the guarantor of the rights of children and adolescents.

We had the support of three Neapolitan pastry shops “La Carlotteria”, “Mon Sciou” and “Bear bakerylab” who with so much love and dedication flooded us with sweets and delicacies with the sole spirit of giving a smile.

It was not a simple operation, because many people talk about charity, but no one gets their hands “dirty” and above all, having had a great availability from the pastry shops mentioned above, we wanted to donate to other hospital companies too, unfortunately the bureaucracy is slow and complex and only in the morning we received a response from the San Giovanni di Dio civil hospital in Frattamaggiore and at the last moment we loaded our sled and are going to the place to be able to meet the children and experience a morning in the name of empathy”.
