A new year full of live events. Starting in spring with indoor shows waiting for the summer season.
After last summer's stadium tour, Depeche Mode are back in Italy once again with the Memento Mori stadium tour, stopping in Turin on March 23 and Milan on March 28 and 30.
Simple Minds, with their 45-year history, have announced five Italian dates for their 2024 Global Tour: April 20th at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, June 28th in Rome, June 30th in Bari, July 1st in Senigallia, and July 4th in Mantua. Thirty Seconds to Mars' Seasons World Tour 2024 stops at the Unipol Arena in Bologna on May 24th and the PalaOlimpico in Turin on May 25th, offering the chance to hear not only the band's most iconic songs but also those from their latest album, It's The End of the World But It's a Beautiful Day. But with the arrival of summer, and the great outdoors, the schedule becomes more crowded: Bruce Springsteen has two concerts scheduled at the San Siro Stadium on June 1st and 3rd.
Coldplay will take over Rome's Olympic Stadium for four nights on July 12, 13, 15, and 16. Take That will also be coming to Italy, with a three-piece lineup, performing four shows on July 7 in Marostica, July 8 in Rome, July 10 in Trani, and July 11 in Bologna. Festivals are no exception, with, for example, I-Days featuring Lana Del Rey, Queen of the Stone Age, Metallica, Green Day, Nothing But Thieves, Avril Lavigne, and SUM41. Or La prima estate in Lido di Camaiore (Lucca), which features Paolo Nutini and Kasabian among the headliners. Ed Sheeran has been announced for the Lucca Summer Festival with two dates on June 8 and 9.

Among the Italians, one of the first to be expected is Daniele Silvestri, with 30 concerts to celebrate the first 30 years of his career. Between January and April, he will be on stage at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in his native Rome with his resident show, "Il cantastorie recidivo." Also starting in January, after last fall's spectacular mega-events, Claudio Baglioni will resume his "A TUTTOCUORE" tour in indoor arenas. Renato Zero has chosen Florence (March 2, 3, 5, and 6 at the Mandela Forum) and Rome (March 13, 14, 16, 17, 20, and 21 at the Palazzo dello Sport) to present his latest album, Autoritratto. Starting April 3, the band that defined 2023, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, will bring the "Non perdiamoci mica di vista \ Fake News indoor tour - palasport 2024" to arenas. Samuele Bersani has also chosen April to kick off his tour with Orchestra in Italian theaters.
Annalisa is ready to perform Tutti nel vortex at the Arena on April 6th. We'll have to wait until May 4th for Una Nessuna Centomila - in Arena, the concert against violence against women, originally scheduled for September 26, 2023, but then postponed. On stage will be Fiorella Mannoia, Alessandra Amoroso, Samuele Bersani, Annalisa, Brunori sas, Elodie, Niccolò Fabi, Emma, Achille Lauro, Francesca Michielin, Giuliano Sangiorgi, Tananai, Noemi, Ermal Meta, Paola Turci, Ornella Vanoni, Anna Foglietta, Massimiliano Caiazzo, and with the special appearance of Carlo Conti. Of course, summer brings Vasco Rossi's live performances, with seven performances in Milan (June 7, 8, 11, 12, 15, 19, and 20) and four in Bari (June 25, 26, 29, and 30). Ultimo is ready for his third stadium tour in three years, kicking off in Trieste with the opening date on June 2nd, before moving on to Naples (June 8th and 9th), Turin (June 15th and 16th), Rome (June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th), Messina (June 28th), and Padua (July 6th). Zucchero is also opting for large sports venues, with five shows between late June and early July in Udine, Bologna, Messina, Pescara, and Milan.
Negramaro will start on June 15th from the Maradona in Naples, then touch Udine, Milan, Messina and Bari. First stadium tour for Max Pezzali with dates in Trieste (June 9th), Turin, Bologna, Rome and a trio in Milan. Geolier has scheduled the Messina stadium on June 5th, the Diego Armando Maradona in Naples on the 22nd, Rock in Rome on the 28th and Rho on July 6th. On July 6th at the Circo Massimo in Rome, the only date, Fabi Silvestri Gazzè will be back together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their album Il Padrone della Festa.
