The Carabinieri of Grottaminarda have executed a restraining order against a 34-year-old, strongly suspected of committing domestic abuse aggravated by the presence of minor children and persistent sexual violence.
The military followed an order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento, at the request of the Sannio Prosecutor's Office, competent for the territory of Grottaminarda.
The ordinance prohibits anyone from approaching the injured party or the places they frequent, as well as prohibiting them from residing in the municipality of Grottaminarda.

She also reported incidents of sexual violence, including in front of children. The testimony of the woman's mother, a friend of the woman, and the statements of the psychologist at the anti-violence center, to which the victim had turned months ago, confirmed the events.
The 34-year-old refused to have an electronic bracelet installed, as required, leading to the application of the most severe measure of a residence ban in Grottaminarda.
