The Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, II criminal section in collegiate composition, President Dr. Antonio Riccio and associate judges Dr. Francesca Auriemma and Dr. Antonella Cesare, accepting the request of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, has released Annunziata Floriano, alias “a picchietella”, 34 years old from Arpaia, revoking the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police.
Annunziata Floriano was arrested as part of the DDA operation against the Piscitelli clan, alias “Cervinari”, which led to the arrest of 38 people in the provinces of Benevento, Caserta and Naples.
Floriano was arrested on charges of being involved in a criminal conspiracy aimed at drug trafficking and in particular she is accused of numerous episodes of trafficking.
