In una nota Libera Campania esprime la preoccupazione per la sparatoria, con ottanta colpi esplosi, nei giorni scorsi alle Case Nuove a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione centrale di Napoli.
“The eighty shots fired at the Case Nuove are a slap in the face to the city that must spur it to raise its head, to sound the alarm of the civil and social conscience of Naples and Campania; because the time for change for our land cannot be delayed any longer.
It is clear that there is an excessive availability of weapons, especially among minors. It is an emergency that requires immediate responses because in a city where weapons circulate freely, people cannot circulate freely. Repression is not enough, it is not enough to increase the presence of law enforcement in the territories, measures that are certainly necessary, we must address the issue of the suburbs.
These are territories full of fears, anger, resentments. A policy that truly wants to be an instrument of progress and social justice must put the issue of the suburbs at the center. We must build opportunities, provide tools and services for an educational community by improving social contexts, creating structures and activities that give young people opportunities and stimulate interests.”
Sandro Ruotolo: “We need to disarm Naples”
"There are too many weapons circulating in Naples and the Neapolitan area. In the last ambush they counted 80 bullets. Of course, it is difficult to intercept the illegal arms market, but it is the effort that the judiciary and the police must make. Either you are against or you are an accomplice of the Camorra. Let's disarm Naples".
So in a post on the social Threads Sandro Ruotolo, responsible for Information, culture, cultures and memory of the national secretariat of the Democratic Party.
