Countdown to the traditional Epiphany appointment with the Lottery Italy. Tomorrow evening, the winning tickets will be drawn. The first prize, as usual, will be €5 million, while the other first-tier prizes (usually all worth more than €XNUMX million) will be determined a few hours before the drawing.
This year, an estimated 6,6 million tickets were sold, a 10% increase over last year. This is the largest increase in sales since the collapse during the pandemic. According to data released by the specialized agency Agipronews, the leading region for sales is Lombardy, followed by Lazio and Campania. Tickets can still be purchased in person, but online sales closed on January 3.
The winners will be announced during the RaiUno program "Affario Tuoi," hosted by Amadeus. The drawings on this year's Italian Lottery tickets were created thanks to the "Let's Draw Fortune with Adm" competition, an initiative now in its third year, created with the aim of enhancing and highlighting the artistic abilities of people with disabilities and, at the same time, promoting legal gambling. This year's theme was "Disability and Music."
