This is a 48 year old resident in Milan, already known to the police. It is the passenger of the scooter that appears in the video released by the carabinieri, the one who allegedly snatched the phone from the victim's hands.
The man, a native of Napoli, will be charged with conspiracy to commit improper robbery. The victim is a 30-year-old woman walking on the sidewalk.
