Three members of Casapound in Naples have been placed under house arrest, while a fourth has been notified of a residence ban, following a precautionary order executed by agents of the Naples State Police with the support of the Central Directorate of Prevention Police.

Those who have been placed under house arrest are Victor Acute, Paolo Primerano and Taras Buha, all members of Casapound Napoli, while Roberto Sharp, Neapolitan secretary of Cpi, was subjected to a residence ban. The victim, Roberto Tarallo, had publicly denounced the attack on October 12.
The investigations, conducted by the Digos of Naples together with the personnel of the Central Directorate of the Prevention Police and coordinated by the Anti-terrorism section of the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, have identified the four members of Casapound, provincial committee of Naples, Berta Section, presumably involved in the attack. They are accused of rapina, private violence, damage, possession of weapons and receiving stolen goods.
In the attack, the attackers caused serious head trauma to the victim by kicking and punching him in the head, under the threat of a knife, and then stole his jacket. The prognosis was 20 days. Thanks to witnesses and cameras in the Vomero neighborhood, the four suspects were identified.

The investigation, conducted by the Digos of the Naples Police Headquarters and coordinated by the Neapolitan Prosecutor's Office - anti-terrorism group, allowed to reconstruct the dynamics of the attack and to identify the suspects through the analysis of the video surveillance cameras. The personal and home search was also extended to another member of Casapound, marginally involved in the episode. The Prosecutor's Office issued a search warrant for the Naples headquarters of Casapound.
The Casapound members are also accused of having acted with the aggravating circumstance of “nationalist discrimination” to favor the movement. The victim, Roberto Tarallo, was attacked and robbed because he was wearing a jacket with the symbol of Azione Antifascista.
