The preliminary investigations judge of the Court of Naples has ordered the archiving, at the request of the Deputy Prosecutor Sica, of the proceedings relating to a hypothesis of abuse of office regarding the appointment of De Gregorio as General Director of EAV by the member Regione Campania.
The Ente Autonomo Volturno announced this decision in an official statement. Specifically, the prosecutor agreed with the arguments presented by the defendant's defense attorneys, Anna Ziccardi and Dario Gagliano, regarding the alleged abuse of office.
