The Naples city administration demonstrates its incompetence day after day. First, the resolution passed "without spending," and then the council magically became burdensome with the budget change. This resolution requires us, the citizens of Naples, to spend €80 to promote coffee culture in Naples. But do we really need to promote Neapolitan coffee, which is known throughout the world?

Resolution no. 20, presented by Tourism Councilor Teresa Armato, was also approved by a majority of 458 votes in favor and one abstention. This amendment to the budget (a very serious matter) is intended to ensure the financial coverage of €80 for the tourism event aimed at promoting coffee. This follows the establishment of Neapolitan Coffee Day, as approved by the City Council.
