The mayor of Naples Gaetano Manfredi and the councilor for Education and Families Maura Striano will speak - tomorrow, January 9th, at 10 am - at the inauguration of the new nursery school Rocco Jemma transferred to the facility on Via Amato from Montecassino.
"The reopening, eagerly awaited by local families," a note underlines, "was preceded by significant interventions carried out by the municipal administration in a race against time to allow the nursery to open within the announced timeframe."
"18 thousand euros were invested in the reclamation of the building alone," explains Councilor Striano, "while we have allocated a good 600 thousand euros to carry out important restoration, safety and renovation works on the structure.

We have also cleared out the former caretaker's accommodation, located behind the building, recovering the garden and we will continue because we intend to give back to the area a space for children and families by recovering the vocation of the former ECA.
Our plans include the construction of a children's center, which will include the current nursery, a preschool, and a playroom using the former school building. We are already in contact with several parties interested in restoring the vandalized church located within the facility.
