This achievement, unprecedented in the art world, represents a milestone and recognition of the universal value of my artistic expression. My painting, which embraces rock, punk, and pure emotion, now finds a new home in the heart of New York, in the prestigious hall of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I am grateful for this extraordinary opportunity to share my artistic vision with an international audience. The Buccino Museum, the MAM, was the place where I was able to freely explore my creativity together with the gallery owner and art critic Prof. Luciano Carini, immersing myself in nature and journeying through the vast vistas of cities and towns. Magical and surreal visions in which light envelops every moment with psychedelic sensations.
"Street Art" was an extraordinary invention that found its way into my work, and today I can proudly say I'm recognized as a great artist. Painting, as I firmly believe, is the first form of beauty, and we artists have a duty to share this beauty with the world, starting from our roots. This is just the beginning of a new chapter in my artistic career. Thus the artist, originally from Altavilla Silentina in Campania, Fernando Alfonso Mangone.
"My painting is dedicated to humanity. We artists have a duty to make beauty known to the world, starting from our own inner world." says Mangone, underlining his commitment to exploring and sharing the extraordinary fascination of nature, territories and the archetypes of mythology through his art.
The exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is just the beginning of a dynamic period for Fernando Alfonso Mangone, who in the coming months will see his works exhibited at two of the world's most prestigious Italian art galleries. An extraordinary journey through the art of a contemporary master.
