The medical-legal examinations will clarify the causes of death of a newborn baby, who died yesterday a few hours after birth, at the hospital in Nocera Inferiore, in the Salerno area.
The little girl's father filed a complaint with the Carabinieri of the Territorial Department of Nocera Inferiore. The body and the medical documentation, by order of the Nocera Prosecutor's Office, were placed under seizure to allow all the necessary investigations to be carried out.

The girl's family is originally from San Marzano sul Sarno and through their lawyer who is assisting them in the complaint and the investigation, they are asking that light be shed on the newborn's death and that any responsibilities be ascertained.
