FProtocol signed with Banco Alimentare Onlus. Aid until January 2025
Memorandum of understanding with Banco Alimentare Onlus to support 350 families of Boscoreale. It is the initiative of the Administration led by Mayor Pasquale Di Lauro to help families who find themselves in particular conditions of economic hardship.
In fact, the Public Notice entitled “Sharing needs to share the meaning of life” was approved by the Municipality. The protocol stipulated with the Onlus provides for 2024, starting from February and until January of next year, excluding August, the monthly distribution of a package containing basic necessities for 350 families. “This is yet another initiative launched by the Administration to lend a hand to those who live in our city and find themselves in an unfavorable condition” says Mayor Pasquale Di Lauro.
To access the call, which expires on February 9, 2024, you must be a resident of Boscoreale, an Italian citizen or a citizen of a member state of the European Union. Non-EU citizens can also apply but with a long-term EC residence permit.
"Two separate rankings will be prepared - explains the Councilor for Social Policies Ida Trito - one relating to families made up of at least two members, while the second ranking for single-person families. To access it, you must have an ISEE value no higher than € 6.000,00, increased to € 7.560,00 in the case of families of only elderly people with at least 67 years of age. In Boscoreale there are many families who live in a complicated situation. The Municipal Administration cannot look the other way and for this reason we have confirmed our commitment to this initiative. Those who live in difficult conditions must be helped, certainly not ignored".
The available resources will be divided into 10% for the scrolling of the ranking of single-person families, while 80% for the scrolling of the ranking of families consisting of more than one person. In the event of exhaustion of one of the two rankings, any resources still available will be used to scroll the second. The remaining 10% - explains Councilor Ida Trito - will be reserved to deal with any situations of social emergency or for cases of serious hardship reported during the year by social services or other institutions".
