“Cinquanta – Spirito Italiano” awarded at the Barawards 2023 as the best “Bar Team of the Year” in Italy.
The “Amaro Montenegro Bar Team of the Year Award” was presented during the ninth edition of the Barawards, a great evening of celebration held at the Alcatraz in Milan on Monday 15 January. Like every year, the Barawards Gala Night Party is the occasion to crown the professionals and venues that won the 2023 Barawards. Twenty awards that photograph the best of Italian hospitality, chosen from a list of 450 candidate venues, 600 professionals, in addition to the 8 winners of the Innovation Award dedicated to products and services.
Barawards is the award aimed at valorizing professionalism and innovation in Italian bars, pastry shops-ice cream parlors, restaurants and hotels promoted by Bargiornale, Dolcegiornale, Hotel Domani, Ristoranti.
“We are honestly thrilled about this award. Building a world-class team has always been our first priority, since the beginning. And we have invested a lot in this direction. – Natale Palmieri and Alfonso Califano, the two pillars of the “Cinquanta – Spirito Italiano” project, stated in unison - Hospitality only works when people are at the center. And to do that, having a valid team is the only thing you really need. It has been a great growth path as a group, both for each individual element and as a team. However, we are only at the beginning and we want to continue like this. Thanks also go to all that part of the extended team, who do not work with us in service but who help us support and sustain this project: the suppliers, the design and communication team, the event organization. Cinquanta – Spirito Italiano is an Italian cocktail bar born in 2021 in Pagani, in the province of Salerno.
