Palma Campania, all the accusations against the mayor. The names of the 19 investigated

There are 19 people registered in the register of suspects by the Nola Public Prosecutor's Office in the context of the investigation which this morning led to the arrest of In Donnarumma, mayor of Palma Campania and member of the Brothers of Italy party, placed under house arrest.

The Carabinieri of the Castello di Cisterna investigative unit executed a precautionary measure order issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Nola court at the request of the Nola prosecutor's office. The suspects are charged with various crimes: corruption, interference with auction procedures, forgery of public documents, misdirection, and unauthorized subcontracting.

In addition to the mayor, Donnarumma, a member of the Brothers of Italy party, the engineer was also placed under house arrest. Salvatore Felice Raia, head of the IV and V sectors of the Municipality of Palma Campania. The architect has been banned from residing in Palma Campania. Monica Ventura, rup who would have taken care of a foster care, Nicholas Borrelli, representative of a supermarket chain, and Luigia Barone, employee of a company that would have obtained a contract.

During the investigation, the Carabinieri had seized the mayor's cell phone, on which the Nola Prosecutor's Office had carried out a technical assessment.

There's the management of social media to publicize the municipality's activities, for €5; the management of a kiosk-bar in the square, the concession of which was allegedly "tamed" in exchange for €20; school canteen assistance for €34; maintenance work on green areas and municipal avenues; energy upgrades at a school; and urban road improvement work for €190.
