The Carabinieri of the Napoli Poggioreale company, alerted by a series of suspicious events, decide to carry out a night-time inspection in a place frequented by many young people in the Conocal district, a neighborhood Ponticelli.
In the midst of the crowd, the figure of stands out Errico De Rosa, 19 years old, already known to the police. As soon as he notices the arrival of the carabinieri, he tries to disappear.
After checking several individuals, it is De Rosa's turn, whose face has not gone unnoticed by the agents. The information provided by the young man does not match their findings, resulting in him being wanted for escaping from house arrest in relation to an assault committed in the past.
The Carabinieri are proceeding with the arrest, while the 19-year-old will have to appear in court at Napoli to answer “tax evasion and false declaration of identity to a public official”.
