The State Police executed a precautionary custody order which ordered the prison measure against Marouane Bachar, 22 years, and placement in a community for a 17-year-old for the crimes of very serious injuries and aggravated threats in competition.
The precautionary measure summarizes the results of the investigations conducted by this Flying Squad and the Police Station St. Joseph Vesuvius, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nola and the Juvenile Office of Naples, in relation to a brutal aggression to the detriment of a 25enne which took place, for trivial reasons, on the evening of 5 October inside the train Circumvesuviana which connects the city of Naples with the Vesuvian area and, in particular, in the stretch between the municipalities of Terzigno and Ottaviano.
