New manager at the police station Casal di Principe (Caserta), a State Police station established in April last year. Meanwhile, reinforcements are arriving at the Caserta Police Headquarters, distributed across central and peripheral offices, with 27 officers already in operational service for several years and drawn from State Police departments in various cities across the country.
The Casal di Principe police station will be headed by Deputy Commissioner Michele Pota, who arrives from the Gaeta police station and returns to the Caserta area after serving in investigative roles as an officer of the Flying Squad a few years ago. At the Caserta Police Headquarters, Pota also served as director of the Office of General Prevention and Public Rescue.
In Casal di Principe, the new manager replaces Gennaro Corrado, who became head of the Digos of the Caserta Police Headquarters in December. Police Commissioner Andrea Grassi welcomed Pota and the new reinforcements, wishing the new arrivals good luck in their work.
