The gunman who shot and wounded the owner of a "Studio Tattoo" last summer has been arrested in Pomigliano.
This morning, in fact, the Carabinieri of Castello di Cisterna executed a custodial order in prison, issued by the GIP of Nola at the request of the local Prosecutor's Office, against a subject, AV, a 25-year-old originally domiciled in Pomigliano d'Arco, with a criminal record, against whom there are serious indications of guilt, in relation to the crimes of carrying, possession and receiving of a weapon, used to cause personal injury.
The investigative activity, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nola and conducted by the Carabinieri of the NORM - Operational Section of the Castello di Cisterna Company, has allowed us to collect serious evidence regarding the author of the shooting, committed in Pomigliano d'Arco on June 16, 2023, when a shot was fired at the tattoo shop “Studio Tattoo”, located in the city center, wounding the owner in the leg.

The immediate on-site inspection and subsequent investigations allowed the recovery of the weapon used in the crime, a Smith and Wesson cal. 38, stolen from a house in the province of Trento several years ago, as well as reconstructing the course of the criminal event.
