Two witnesses provide a reconstruction of the events that occurred during the New Year's Eve party organized by Undersecretary Delmastro in the Rosazza farmhouse, contradicting the version of the deputy Emanuele Pozzolo.
According to Corriere della Sera, the Carabinieri reports from the Biella Prosecutor's Office's investigation confirm that Pozzolo shot Luca Campana, wounding him in the leg.
The evening, organized by Delmastro and his sister Francesca, was attended by 35 people, including family members, officers from the Undersecretary of Justice's security detail and their families, another friend with his wife and several children. Pozzolo arrived at the scene shortly after midnight. Some of those present told the Carabinieri that they noticed he was "a little high, quite tipsy."
