It is a book about libraries because – writes the Author – I have been dealing with them since 1977 and because today they are an even more necessary infrastructure than they were then.
It is a book about democracy because in recent years - continues the Author - we have been able to see how much it is in danger where citizens do not read, do not inform themselves, do not participate. The rights and freedoms guaranteed by the constitution - declares the writer - are not compatible with a life dominated by images that appear and disappear on the screens of televisions or smartphones.
LA CASA DI TUTTI marks the start of the review Il cenacolo degli eroici furori, a place of contagion of emotions, stories, ideas, bookcrossing, book and poetry enthusiasts.

The goal is to make the Library, shared and widespread, Don Quixote a Place not only for approaching reading, but also a Space for socializing and meeting, as well as for studying and coworking, with its vast collection of volumes, ranging from literature to philosophy, from theater to poetry, from history to religion, to science, technology and computer science, to languages, social sciences, art, photography, law and economics.
