The trial against the journalist was held this morning at the Criminal Court of Naples, Section 1, Dr. Conte, with a pre-trial hearing grazioli, against Angelo Napolitano.
He is accused of defamation aggravated by the press.
Lawyer Massimo Viscusi, in the preliminary questions, objected to the inaccurate and generic description of the facts being contested, for which reason the vagueness of the Charge was confirmed (in addition to the omission of the injured party, identified ex officio by the Judge), which led to the transmission of the documents to the Public Prosecutor, who will have to reformulate and re-notify the relevant Decree of summons and of setting the hearing.
Therefore, everything to be redone
