Last evening, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during the services arranged for this purpose, in San Francesco a Capuana square a Napoli, they noticed a person who handed over something in exchange for money to a man sitting on a bench in the square.
The operators intervened immediately, blocking with no small difficulty, and after a fight, the suspect who was found in possession of a container containing 5 packages of crack weighing 1 gram, 2 bars of hashish weighing approximately 4 grams, 170 euros, 100.000 LEU (Romanian currency), 100 Chilean pesos and a mobile phone; while the buyer was found in possession of a package of crack weighing 0.2 grams.
For these reasons, a 34-year-old Nigerian with a criminal record, including specific ones, was arrested for possession and illicit transfer of narcotic substances and resisting a Public Official; the buyer was administratively sanctioned for possession of narcotic substances for personal use.
