Violent robber arrested by the Carabinieri in the area of VastoHe was armed with a broken bottle and had just wounded one of his victims who had fought back during the robbery attempt.
The mobile radio unit of the Naples Carabinieri has in fact arrested Manne Lamin, an 27-year-old from Gambian origins, already known to the police and illegal in Italy, for attempted murder.
The young man attacked a 37 year old Pakistani national, resident in the San Giovanni a Teduccio district of Naples, hitting him in the neck with a bottle shard. The victim, who had no criminal record, was transported to thePellegrini Hospital and was subsequently discharged with a 30-day prognosis.
the victim probably reacted to a robbery attempt or perhaps a fight broke out between the two for other reasons. The arrested man was taken to prison and the sharp shard, still in the possession of the 27-year-old, was seized.
