The possible novelty anticipated by Minister Bernini is however causing discussion.

Vincenzo De Luca, in his usual live broadcast on social media on Friday afternoon, also focused on this news: "They're starting to wake up after months of battles waged by myself and the Campania Region. Until yesterday, everyone seemed to be asleep: governments, right, center, and left. What I'm reading is a sign of awareness, but not a definitive solution. There's a movement, but we haven't reached the finish line yet. We propose eliminating medical school exams and, if you want a filter, doing so after a year, based on the exams students have taken, evaluating the health subject on its merits.".

De Luca then discussed the topic of school sizing, illustrating that 21 schools that had initially been cancelled were reported.

He also received a call from Giuseppe Valditara, Minister of Education, who acknowledged "An action fought with determination, but also with institutional sense and responsibility. We fought to defend schools and employees. On this front, too, we can say we've achieved significant results. It's not the best, but we've achieved 90% of what we fought for.".
