A three-month-old baby is hospitalized in serious conditions at the Santobono hospital in Naples after testing positive for cocaine.
The discovery was made yesterday by doctors from the Pediatrics department of the Ruggi hospital in Salerno. The little boy, in fact, had arrived at the pediatric emergency room in very serious conditions.
Doctors managed to stabilize him, arranging for his transfer by air ambulance to Santobono, where he is still hospitalized.

The case is currently under investigation, under the strictest secrecy, coordinated by the Salerno prosecutor's office and entrusted to the police who are interviewing the parents.
- From what we understand, the mother appears to be a drug user. Therefore, the possibility of transmission through breastfeeding cannot be ruled out.
