The Guardia di Finanza of the Provincial Command of Salerno executed a preventive seizure order, aimed at confiscating an equivalent amount, for over 900 thousand euros against a Roman company that acted as "general contractor". The operation stems from previous investigations, conducted by the financial police of the Vallo della Lucania company and coordinated by the Valais Public Prosecutor's Office, against the same general contractor. These investigations resulted in an initial seizure of over €500, as the company collected debts for renovation work that never began in three municipalities in Cilento.
Continuing the investigation, 22 additional properties were identified, undergoing renovation using the so-called Superbonus 110%, for which the Roman company had certified the completion of 30% of the total work. This was disproved by inspections of the affected buildings, which found that all of them had not been completed.

Furthermore, the Valle d'Aosta Yellow Flames reconstructed the tracking of the credits granted following the false certification of the works, noting that the owners of the homes had sold them to the general contractor, who had then proceeded to monetize them by selling them in turn to various financial institutions.
