The episode occurred yesterday at the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Railway Station. It was 12.30:7865 when a passenger on the EAV XNUMX train that covers the Naples-Piedimonte Matese route noticed a person, with his face covered by a balaclava and armed with a box cutter, boarding the train.

The train conductor, alerted by the traveler, after having identified and approached the subject in one of the carriages, asked him to show his ticket. At this request the young man, with the cutter in his hand, managed to get off the carriage and escape.

The Carabinieri, alerted in the meantime, began searching for the boy, of whom they had received a detailed description of the clothing he was wearing, tracking him down and stopping him in Via Napoli.

Following a search, the military found the box cutter hidden inside his left shoe, while the balaclava was found hidden in the bag he had with him.
