This is what was found by the Carabinieri of the environmental, agri-food and forestry police investigative unit of the Forestry Group of Naples during an inspection at a company repairing and replacing tyres for motor vehicles in the municipality of Sant'Antonio Abate.
The military found a large quantity of used tires, considered by the current law as non-hazardous special waste, for which the configuration of the crime of illegal waste management and uncontrolled waste storage was hypothesized. The legal representative of the company, a 40-year-old man from Scafati, was reported at liberty.
