Last night, the police officers from the Police Station Vasto-Arenaccia, during the territory control service, while passing through via Foggia, they noticed a man who, with a cautious attitude, got on board a car inside which there was another subject.
The observation service carried out by the police officers found positive feedback when the latter, after receiving money from the man, was about to hand him something.
The officers promptly intervened to interrupt the criminal process by blocking the suspect who was found in possession of 18 bags of marijuana weighing approximately 30 grams, 4 pieces of hashish weighing approximately 13,5 grams in total, 9 packages containing cocaine weighing approximately 5 grams and 135 euros, divided into banknotes of various denominations.
For these reasons, the 36-year-old Neapolitan, with a criminal record, was arrested for illicit possession of narcotics.
