The dates of the evidentiary incidents relating to the two cousins who were victims of abuse have been established Caivano, in the province of Naples.
Eight young people, two of whom are adults and six are minors, are under investigation in relation to this case. The girls will be heard in protected mode on January 19 and 22. The hearings will be attended by Deputy Prosecutor Claudia De Luca and GIP Umberto Lucarelli for the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Naples.
For the North Naples Prosecutor's Office, which is handling the case of the two adults, the deputy prosecutors Sabrina Navarro and Maria Carmen Quaranta will be present, together with the investigating judge Fabrizio Forte.
Attorney Clara Niola, legal representative of the parents of one of the two girls, comments: "We are confident that the hearing with the minors will take place in the most peaceful atmosphere possible, to ensure both the authenticity of the memory, the gathering of evidence, and, above all, the serenity of the minors, avoiding the risk of secondary victimization."
