He confirmed all the details of the horrible incident involving the 13-year-old girl who was abused last summer at Caivano together with her 13-year-old cousin. She did it during the evidentiary incident that took place in a protected environment: it started around 10 and ended shortly before 15.
The other child will be heard next Monday. “It is a very delicate matter that involves minors, both those under investigation and the injured parties”, says the lawyer Manuel Palombi, legal representative of the two guardians of the girls, lawyers Marco Buonocore and Maria Teresa De Nicolo. The girl was in the company of the psychologist.
The ones who asked her the questions were the investigating judge of Naples North Fabrizio Forte and the investigating judge at the juvenile court Umberto Lucarelli. Also present were the deputy prosecutors Claudia De Luca and Maria Carmela Quaranta and the parents of three of the nine boys under investigation (two adults and seven minors) accompanied by their respective lawyers.
