A sordid story of sexual perversion and violence against a minor, his own nephew, landed a 36-year-old man from Torre del Greco in prison.
This morning, a Greek's tower, in fact the Carabinieri of the local Capoluogo Station, in execution of an order implementing the coercive measure of precautionary custody in prison issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, arrested a 36 year old man from Torre del Greco.
The investigations, conducted by the military of the Torre del Greco Capoluogo Station and coordinated by this Public Prosecutor's Office, have allowed us to gather serious evidence of guilt against the arrested man as the author of sexual acts committed against his nephew, who was only eleven years old.
The complaints filed by the minor's mother, starting in May 2022, made it possible to ascertain that the suspect, taking advantage of the parental relationship that bound him to the victim, would have induced the latter to undergo sexual acts, to make videos that portrayed him naked and to witness acts of onanism.
The investigation also revealed that the suspect had also made comments towards a friend of the victim of the same age and had asked his nephew not to tell his parents.
Discovered by the little boy's parents thanks to some "trap" messages
The parents managed to discover what was happening to their son by pretending to be the minor and responding to some messages that the uncle had sent and that had made them suspicious.
Following the formal procedures, the arrested person was taken to the Naples-Poggioreale “Giuseppe Salvia” prison, where he will remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
