Christopher Nolan's masterpiece is also available in the IMAX theaters of the Circuit.

After its triumph at the Golden Globes, with five awards, Oppenheimer, the film directed by Christopher Nolan and distributed in theaters by Universal Pictures International Italy, returns to the multiplexes of the UCI Cinemas circuit for a week, from January 25 to 31.

The masterpiece film will also be available in the IMAX theaters of the Circuit, at UCI Orio (BG); UCI Campi Bisenzio (FI) and UCI Porta di Roma (RM).

The IMAX format, which allows the film to be viewed at maximum visual and sound quality for an extraordinary immersive experience for the viewer, is the one originally conceived and used by Nolan to tell the story of the Manhattan Project and the creation of the first atomic bomb.

Written and directed by Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer is a historical thriller that takes audiences on the gripping, paradoxical tale of an enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world to save it. The film stars Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer and Emily Blunt as his wife, biologist and botanist Katherine "Kitty" Oppenheimer. Oscar® winner Matt Damon plays General Leslie Groves Jr., director of the Manhattan Project, and Robert Downey Jr. plays Lewis Strauss, founding commissioner of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.

Oscar® nominee Florence Pugh stars as psychiatrist Jean Tatlock, Benny Safdie as theoretical physicist Edward Teller, Michael Angarano as Robert Serber, and Josh Hartnett as pioneering American nuclear scientist Ernest Lawrence. Oppenheimer stars Oscar® winner Rami Malek, and this film reunites Nolan with eight-time Oscar®-nominated actor, writer, and director Kenneth Branagh.
