After his Roman debut, on Saturday 24 February at 20.00 pm, Lino Musella arrives on the stage of the Teatro Civico 14 in Caserta with Come un animale senza nome, an original concert-opera based on texts by Pier Paolo Pasolini.

The autobiographical poem Poeta delle ceneri becomes the backbone of Pasolini's corpus, transformed into poetic dramaturgy by Igor Esposito, which Musella's voice renders in the form of a new and vibrant sound constellation, accompanied by the musical sounds of Maestro Luca Canciello. The extraordinary and mysterious power of Pasolini's ghost returns to question our present more than a hundred years after the poet's birth. A new work, the one brought to the stage by Musella, one of the most talented Italian actors, in which Pasolini's soul plays and resonates. The poetry given to the world by the intellectual from Friuli emerges from the denunciation of social inequalities as well as from that operated against the ghosts of moral respectability. A rigorous voice, which rises higher than that of his contemporaries, giving beauty and splendor also to the words of his friends, to those of color who were close to him, who in the theatrical work take the floor, to give back a portrait of the Poet full of grace and vigor.

Musella becomes the body and voice of a solo made of music and the enchantment of the word, which allow him to recall the Pasolinian universe through episodes of his life.
