Two videos: two challenges to the state. Even though she knew she couldn't. She was under house arrest, and starting this afternoon she'll be able to show off her trendy look and fashionable outfits in the Pozzuoli prison. Giuseppina Valda was arrested by the Flying Squad and the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station, who executed a warrant for her pre-trial detention.
The prison order replaces the previous restriction of house arrest and concerns his involvement in the possession of the firearm used in the murder of Francesco Pio Maimone, aggravated by mafia methods. The murder was committed by Giuseppina Valda's brother, Francesco Pio Valda, on the night between March 19 and 20, 2023.
Specifically, the violation of the prescription of the prohibition of communication with persons outside the cohabitation occurred last Tuesday. Giuseppina Valda published a video on social media in which she showed herself repeating the words of a song by a trio of rappers who, in the background, were apologizing for the mafia.
Then, not content, the day after having had the "media" echo of her prank, she made another video in which she said: "Publish this too" and her voice affirming: “I am the State”.

Francesco Pio Valda is accused of the murder that occurred on the night between March 19 and 20, 2023, when—after an argument over a dirty shoe—he allegedly opened fire at chest height at the chalets in Chiaia, killing the young pizza chef Francesco Pio Maimone, who had nothing to do with that incident or with Camorra circles.
