Within the human resources department of the Municipality of Portici, Area Office No. 11 recently successfully hired six new permanent positions.
This operation was made possible thanks to the signing of the agreement for the aggregate management of hiring and the use of the ASMEL Eligible List. Among the new hires, four are Social Workers, one is an Administrative-Accounting Management Instructor and one is a Reporting Expert.
The aggregate agreement pursuant to art. 15 L. 241/90 introduced an innovative method, allowing ASMEL Members to proceed with hiring after a consultation addressed to the subjects included in the Suitable Lists, prepared following a public selection at national level. Currently, there are 45.158 subjects registered in the Lists, valid for three years, for 31 professional profiles that the interested Municipalities can refer to for the hiring of new staff.
The procedure has proven its effectiveness in responding promptly to territorial needs, respecting government guidelines and simplifying the personnel selection process.
The calls for tenders were published in the second half of November, the tests were carried out in December and between January and February the new employees were hired and taken up to work.
The Secretary of the Municipality of arcade, Anna Lecora, emphasizes that the use of the Amsel Eligible List has guaranteed a rapid, optimal selection process and has contributed to the overall success of the procedure. The newly hired social workers, Alessandra De Martino and Lucia Teodonni, share positive feedback on this method and, furthermore, for all eligible candidates placed in roles in the Asmel Municipalities, a course in collaboration with SDA Bocconi on the fundamentals of Public Management is planned, guaranteeing a positive and advantageous experience.
This success testifies to the validity of the associated management of municipal services, promoted by ASMEL, and confirms that the method of the Suitable List represents a step forward in the modernization of recruitment procedures, overcoming the inefficiencies of traditional competitions and ensuring rapid hiring by meeting the needs of the Public Administration.
