
Weapons and drugs were seized this morning, during a raid by the State Police, Carabinieri and Guardia di Finanza, who carried out numerous searches in Castellammare di Stabia and in Torre Annunziata.
Approximately 200 operators participated in the operation, which led to the identification of several individuals, with some reported and two arrested. During the operations, weapons, ammunition, narcotics, and cash were seized.
Several individuals were fined for violating the Highway Code. The joint action involved several law enforcement units, including the Naples Flying Squad, the police stations of Castellammare di Stabia, Torre Annunziata, and Torre del Greco, the Campania Crime Prevention Unit, the Imaginal Police Operational Units, the Mobile Unit, the Canine Units, the Highway Police, and the Forensic Police.

The Fire Department and Metropolitan Police also participated in the operation. At the same time, administrative police checks are underway at commercial businesses and public establishments in the area.
The operation involved the synergy of Guardia di Finanza personnel with the ATPI component of the Naples Emergency Response Group, the Torre Annunziata Group, the Giugliano in Campania Group, two canine units and personnel from the Naples PEF Unit.
A helicopter from the Air Section of the Naples Naval Operations Department was also deployed. The results of the joint operation confirm the commitment of law enforcement to combating crime and ensuring security across the territory.
